This shop was recommended to me and I am SO so happy with the results. I had damage on my bumper and trunk from a rear end. My car looks amazing now and feels brand new. I had an excellent experience with Roger, the owner and the of C&F Auto Body Frame Custom in Lowell, MA, as well as his team. From start to finish, they were incredibly honest, friendly, and professional. They were super easy to work with and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Communication was clear through text, work time was very efficient, and you can tell they take real pride in what they do. The quality of the work truly is showroom quality. My car came out very neat and I left with zero regrets, I also convinced my parents to take their vehicles to Roger as well, and both of them are very happy with the results. Roger also did a few things for free such as welding in new metal, removing rust, and coating the trunk floor board. Roger also offered to fix other things such as welding in new rockers and part of the frame. It’s rare to find a shop that combines this level of craftsmanship with genuine honesty and kindness, and they absolutely exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend C&F Auto Body Frame Custom to anyone looking for top-tier work done by trustworthy, hardworking professionals.

They did such an amazing job on my car. I had some pretty bad scratches and they fixed them at a super reasonable price. The car looks good as new and they fixed it in one day. He even sent me a text to confirm it's done and a photo of the repair! I'm really happy and will only go back here if I need anything fixed.

The right front side of my dad's car had been dented and scraped by a granite post that we couldn't see when we pulled into a driveway. I did a lot of shopping around for pricing and Roger, the manager, gave me the best price by a significant amount. We were not only pleased by the price, but also by the amazingly beautiful job done. Roger and his crew were courteous, fast, and very professional.
